The brand is called The Aroma. I have seen reviews that say the handles are weak and that it does everything it is supposed to. It is not easy to clean the bottom of the roasting oven. You’re going to have scratches in the bottom from scrubbing too hard when you clean it. I cooked a 15 pound ham in the roasting pan. The three piece Aroma is an okay kitchen product. It is not the best in the world. The unit should be filled with a few cups of boiled water. The roaster has a smell when it’s first used, so I took the boiled water and turned on the roaster for 3 hours so it could cook off the smell. I only did this for two days, on the highest temp of 450. I didn’t let the water go all the way. I would not have had to refill the water during the 3 hours if I had filled the roaster half way up. Make sure you push it back away from the counter edge since the outside of the roaster is very hot. It still functions as it should.

I don’t know why it took me so long to buy this roaster. It made Thanksgiving dinner prep much easier. It was difficult to bake a turkey, casseroles, pies, and bread with one oven. All I have to do is prepare my turkey the night before, place it in the roaster the next morning, and my oven is free to bake my pies, casseroles, and bread in a timely manner. I used this to cook my tamale meat for Christmas. I love it!

A great roaster! It’s time to cook a ham bone for bone soup. It works perfectly. Before you cook, read the instructions. The light that shows it is on and off. I’ve had a roaster before but it wasn’t as good as this one.

The roaste oven was perfect for Thanksgiving. We were able to cook our turkey without any problems. The roaster can cook anything from a small amount of food to a large amount for the whole family. We were able to keep the ham warm all day and leave it in the roaster for the family to come back for more. The pan and metal inner rack are easy to clean. Over the last few weeks, we have used this roaster a few times. It is easy to use. Being able to make enough food in one pan is great for a family of six.

I was not happy with the price. While keeping in mind the cost of everything going up, I’m assuming this is the roaster that used to be $20 as the quality is not what I expected for the price paid. It cooks a lot faster than the manual states, which is a pain when you have to check your food more frequently than you should to make sure you don’t ruin your meal. It does a good job of cleaning up. My wall was still getting hot while I was using it, because I had it 12 inches from the wall. I’m only going to use it a couple of times a year, so I’ll keep it for now. If a roaster is something you would use frequently and not just a couple of times a year for holidays, I would recommend investing more money into one that is more updated.
