The product isn’t supported by the company. There are seal leaks and the company won’t replace them. Very disappointed! Will not purchase from this seller again.

My first attempt at canning was a gift from my daughter. I successfully canned three different items yesterday. I have figured out how to use it with the 15-pound weight while keeping the pressure at 10. I recommend this product because of its good quality and reasonable price. I knew what to do after watching many canning videos.

This product has made the learning process easy for me because I have acquired the skill of canning. I appreciate that I can lift it with ease in my 60s.

I needed a video to show how to achieve 15 psi, so I appreciated someone making it. I simply placed a spoon on the vent that releases vapor, and now I consistently achieve 15 psi. I wish I had done it sooner. I don’t know how to calculate the adjusted duration. Oh well.

The canning rack is stuck in the pot. I am going to try again.

I needed an additional pressure canner to handle larger quantities of jars without waiting in between canning sessions. I chose this brand instead of investing in another one because of cost concerns. I have no complaints so far. It’s a useful addition to my pressure canning setup, and it will be especially useful during the next tomato season when canning a large quantity of tomatoes. A real time saver.

The instructions for a new canner were not up to par. I achieved my goal after watching several YouTube videos.
