The beautiful sage green blender I got for Christmas is defective. There seems to have been a gap in the seal between the food container and the part where the base was attached, letting food from the blender to get inside where the base was screwed in, mold is visibly growing, and there is absolutely no way to clean this or remove the bottom, making this unsafe to use anymore

I should’ve gone with my gut and bought this blender because of the electronic features. It works well but won’t last long. The electronic buttons malfunctioned when I purchased this blender 2 years ago. The buttons malfunctioned for a year before they finally gave out. Next time, I’m buying an old school with regular buttons.

I noticed that the whole machine vibrated when I used it for the first time. The second time, the cup would stay on the base and the metal part’s ground. I tried to hold it down with my hand, but nothing worked. Immediately returned. I have an air fryer, a kettle, and a toaster and they all work well. The cheap and lightweight blender is not as attractive as the other appliances.

I have to return my blender because I haven’t used it yet. There is a warning label right in front of you. You should be able to remove it. There are no display pictures that show this. Very disappointing. It’s not so much for being beautiful as it is for being nice.
