Hubby and I bought this grinder almost two months ago. So far, we are pretty satisfied with the purchase. The one complaint we have is that the blade seems to be positioned up higher than the one my mother has (hers is older and from Gloria Jeans.) Therefore, we have to run it more than once to grind the beans down to our preference. The only reason I gave it a three on durability is that we have not had it long enough to render judgment on how durable it is. Overall, though, we are happy with it, feel it was money well spent, and hope to use it for years to come.
