This is the third top I have bought. The first broke and the second wore out. The other two were the same type. I read the features of this one and thought I would try it. It takes longer to blend frozen fruit than it does to shake it. It seems louder. Next time, I will go back to the original.

For many, many years, we have owned two Blendtec blenders. We realized how superior the Wildside Jar was after the first blend. If we put a little more in the jar it will mix better in less time. A huge difference can be made by the fifth side. The gasket-jar won’t last as long if you put it in the dishwasher.

How can you complain about a blender? I have had the same base for over five years. This is my third wild side jar replacement and I did what the company told me to do, spin the blade to lubricate the ball joint. For 30 seconds, I spin. The rubber gasket on the bottom is destroyed after a long time. When you are making a smoothie and you smell burning rubber and broken pieces, you go into the garbage. It’s after a couple years with medium use. It would be much sooner if he used every day. When I first got my blender, it was replaced with a warranty. This company needs to find a solution for people who already own their products and need a replacement. Don’t hesitate to buy the best blender on the market.

After owning a Blendtic blender for 8 years, I purchased this WildSide+Jar. I like the new design of the WildSide+Jar. There is no rubber seal at the bottom anymore. A big thank you to Blendtec for putting out a quality product.

I received a new jar for my 10 year old BlendTec. The rubber bearing seal on my second jar deteriorated to the point that it was leaking too much to use anymore. The phone rep took care of me when my jar 2 was out of warranty. New jar works great, and much quieter than previous “regular” jar, but in first week is leaking, especially at high speed and leaving liquid film in jar underside the same color as liquid. The stamp on the bottom shows that it was manufactured. I will return it if it continues.

Each week we make a smoothie with frozen fruit. The wildside+ froze up after 2 years. You know the price for a piece of plastic with sealed bearings. It’s ridiculous! We’re locked in to blendtec, hoping the motor doesn’t go out, but we wish we’d bought something else.

I have used Blentec and Wildside jars for many years and just bought 8 new jars. The older ones seem to be slightly deeper than the newer ones, which isn’t an issue unless I have the blender at capacity. I don’t want the new lid to blow off, so I set it aside and use the older, deeper ones.

I replaced my older jar because it was cloudy and hard to clean and was leaking. The larger jar works perfectly with my blendtec. Cleans up with a rinse. After 10 years of use, our motor keeps chugging.
