The price of the broken glass and replacement carafes is the same as the new french presses.

It makes a good coffee. The screen is fine and I think it’s a good thing. It is easy to clean a French Press. Coffee makers lie about how many cups they make. This is not an exception. It only makes 12 ounces of coffee.

The grounds are pushed to the 12oz capacity. It yields less than I think. It would be perfect if it yielded 12oz of coffee, but it was more like 7 or 8oz.
