If it works, great coffee. After three calls to support, two video calls and a lot of wasted time, the machine started to brew again. Poor quality is what the machine is. It is hard to clean and unreliable. I wouldn\’treccomend.

After trying it at a family members house, I bought this about a year and a half ago. The coffee was good and your wife was hooked so she decided to try it. This machine was only lightly used on weekends as a treat. After 18 months, the machine doesn’t work, no one can tell us why, and I’m stuck with maybe 100 Pods I can’t use or return. It’s only worth an extra 10% off another machine. What a joke.

I can tell the difference between the two machines since I bought the Nespresso machine. You can learn about the different types of coffees through the app, so you know exactly how the coffee will taste. The quality of the coffee is better since I switched to Nespresso, and I won’t be returning to K-cups any time soon.

This is not the best model. I like it because I can make a large coffee. After a year of having the replacement, I’m still having the same issues I had with the first machine. It is beyond frustrating. The back and underneath are leaking. There is water in the reservoir. Sometimes it will make me a coffee and sometimes it won’t, but I usually wake up at 4am.

Out of 5 stars, I would have selected zero. I followed all the instructions, but it didn’t produce a cup of coffee, but it leaked all over. According to the Next rep at the store, this happens a lot, and I returned it the next day. I’ll go with 1 star because this machine was aesthetically pleasing and I wish that information had been disclosed to me when I made the purchase. I matched my kitchen with rose gold and black. I have never had a problem with my coffee maker. I am hesitant to purchase another coffee machine.

I love my espresso machine. The vertuo machines make both espresso and coffee, which is great because some days I want a coffee and some days I want a latte. This machine has a large water capacity and looks sleek. I have had it for about two years.

I followed all the instructions for usage and cleaning, but the 4th replacement broke down again. Since these break so easily, I’m not surprised they came up with RELOVE spin. The machine barcode reader can’t be fixed since it’s out of warranty, so I need to buy a new machine. I would rather have a better product than a 30% discount on my next machine. I’m a big fan of Nespresso and will continue with my coffee journey, but I will definitely look for a different machine.

I wish I’d listened to the bad reviews on this one. I didn’t get any espresso out of it until it stopped working and it leaked water everywhere. I’ve tried many ways to fix it, but it just gives an orange/red light and won’t produce coffee. I bought it directly from the site and it has been out of warranty for more than a year. I was trying to save counter space by using the cheaper models. I would have preferred a different model of nespresso.

Just give me a button to descale. For the past 2 years, I have had my vertuo next. I would give it more than three stars. Descaling this machine is difficult. The machine understands the assignment and I love it. Descaling is a nightmare. I don’t think it works as it is supposed to. There is a lot of pushing buttons and holding them down. It must act like it is descaling without actually doing so. All my sauce has been wasted. When I wake up in the morning, the machine blinks orange and tells me it needs to be descaled before I get my coffee. I have to plug the pot back in to get my cup. You need a rocket scientist to descale your pot. I want to buy another machine because this one is hard to descale. Let us know what the steps are in the sales pitch.

Don’t buy it next. There are issues with this machine. I have it since 1. It doesn’t brew coffee anymore if I don’t clean the barcode. It’s a well known issue and Nespresso doesn’t help at all with replacing it.
