The hand mixer is state-of-the-art. I like to go to America’s Test Kitchen Equipment reviews to find out which equipment I should buy. For about 10 years. I didn’t like how thin the beaters were, but I used their #1 electric hand mixer. When it broke, I went back to ATK and bought this one. The beaters have a nice surface area. It feels strong in my hands after baking brownies with it. It was easy to clean. It comes highly recommended from ATK. Can’t get any better! I’m very pleased with this product.

We needed a new hand mixer this Christmas. The dough hooks add to the standard beater and whisk attachment. You can plug and go with this set, it only requires a specific beater on one side. The mixer was easy to clean. I like the caddy for storage. The caddy doesn’t snap into the mixer, it just sits on it and seems to be small for all pieces to fit within. I would recommend this product to others.

This is a small mixer. Very strong. The batter is thick. thicker cookie dough slowed down my old mixer. This one keeps going. All the different kinds of dough and mixes have been used without any problems. Reviewers mentioned the container. I use a plastic container. It is very convenient. I had a brandhand mixer for a little over a year. It takes 4 days for order delivery in Oregon Coast. I decided to buy a less expensive hand mixer. The brand looks and feels like a name brand. It has the same quality accessories. A simple press release. It is on its bottom. It can be used to make cake, whisk eggs and cookie dough. Functioned like a trooper. The power and speed function is good. It should last me at least a year from weekly use. I can say that I recommend it.

America’s Test Kitchen recommended this. We love everything about it. If you’re considering a hand mixer with more than five speeds, I’d recommend you reconsider – five speeds is enough for all the recipes I’ve come across, and is actually easier to handle while holding the hand mixer.

For some things we like to use a hand mixer, we have a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. I’ve burned out several of them because of the tendency to push things to their max. The other ones were not strong enough for bread dough or a large amount of cookies, but this one is. The Kitchen-Aid stand mixer is almost as powerful as the motor of the hand-mixer. The purchase of this mixer is amazing. The mixer does not have a container that snaps onto it for storage. If it snapped on, he would be a bit handier. Does not affect the function of the mixer. This was a great purchase.
