Everything that could have gone wrong did. It took more than a minute to clean up after the coffee maker because there were more grounds outside than in it.

The grounds have to be pushed in when grinding because there is no on/off switch.

I’ve had several machines. The conical burr makes this the best one. The conical burr makes it easy to clean the grinds. I was very pleased with this one.

It works well but is noisy. I annoy my wife in the morning. Otherwise very pleased.

Coffee is thrown everywhere by the grinder. The grinder won’t run if the slide-in canister doesn’t register to the on-enabled switch, and if you don’t brush off the grinds off the base on the machine. This is the second time we’ve purchased this model. The design issues would be addressed by Cuisinart after 10 years. The new one is worse than the old one. Disappointed in what should be a premium product.

We got married. We received a fancy grinder as a wedding present. It stopped working in 2021. It was replaced by Cuisinart with a conical burr mill. I wonder why they stopped making the one we got as a wedding present. It works. It is very static-clingy and messy when pouring the grinds into our coffee maker, but overall it’s ok.

It was the worst coffee grinder I have ever owned. It took me two weeks to return it. Even when not actually grinding, the coffee receptacle had a lot of static and ground coffee gathered on all sides and it was important to clean up after each grind-grind setting.

There is a static that causes coffee to stick to the container. They should have a glass option. Other than that, I love it. My first one was this one. I use it every day. The first was almost 3 years long.

The gift I received was to replace a coffee grinder. I like that I can store a few beans in the hopper so I don’t have to add beans every time I use the grinder. There seems to be more grounds in the coffee than I would like. I use it for my Kuerig machine. There are no instructions for Kuerig or other single serve machines. I’m mostly using the espresso setting, but have tried all three. I don’t know if I’m grinding too coarse or fine. I believe that the single serve brewers have become so popular that Cuisinart would include instructions for that type of machine.
