The maker is easy to use. The coffee is ready to go in the morning when I make it the night before. I use a #4 cone filter because I don’t like using the permanent one. It’s perfect every time.

I had the earlier version of this coffeemaker for seven years before it developed a leak and a cracked carafe. This is the product that is currently available and I decided to replace the whole thing. This is the one I wanted and I could have replaced it with anything. I live on a barrier island and the water is not very pleasant to drink. I had invested in a Zero Water filter and every drop of water went through it. It made the difference. When my brother and his wife came to visit, they were pleasantly surprised by the coffee. Why wouldn’t it be? I use a good coffee machine.

A great cup of coffee can be made from this coffeemaker. It looks very nice in the kitchen, it’s easy to program and use. It has an annoying flaw. condensation runs down the back of the machine when you lift the lid. A few drops would be normal. It’s annoying.

It looks pretty. Makes 14 cups. It doesn’t make very good coffee. The steam coming out of the top will ruin my cabinets. I don’t have a place to put it other than under the cabinets. The store where I purchased it had a 14-day return policy and wouldn’t take it back, even though I tried to return it.

The 14 cup automatic coffee maker in black/stainless steel was purchased by my husband and I to replace a previous Cuisinart Coffee Maker that we had for about 10 years and which we liked a lot. The feature has been upgraded by Cuisinart and we are enjoying it. The carafe does not leak when you pour it, which is really nice. Coffee is not allowed on the counter or tablecloth. The carafe holds 14 cups instead of 12. The carafe can be kept warm at either high, medium or low settings, as well as be changed for how long it stays heated. It’s nice to wake up to the smell of fresh coffee each day, we love the feature. When we decided to purchase another coffee pot, the only one we wanted was a Cuisinart and we are just pleased with our purchase. Thank you for making a quality product.

There is a problem with the clock time jumping one to two hours have not been solved. When the timer is set to come on in the morning, it may be an hour or two off. It’s nice to have coffee ready when we walk in to the kitchen as we are having to make it manually and wait. It’s frustrating to say the least.

A 4 1/2? That is where I am. The Cuisinart was the reason I bought it. on sale A friend’s recommendation. I had the features I wanted. Not a Mr. Coffee had lasted less than a year. It makes good coffee and is easy to program. The number of hours it stayed on was the only thing that gave me any issues. That was acceptable because it defaults to 3 hours. The longevity is yet to be seen, as I only had it for 2 months. The format seems to work better than Mr. Coffee’s terrible sounds may have been a sign of its demise. The small spout on the carafe and the cone filter were two things that really disappointed me. The cone filters are more expensive and made of heavier paper, so they don’t compost as much. The Mr had a wide spout. I am now using coffee instead of the knife. The 14-cup Coffeemaker would have 5 stars if it weren’t for those two things. They are a consideration in any comparison.

Great coffee maker! The Cusinart 14 cup coffee maker I broke was the same model as this coffee maker. I use whole bean coffee and a Baratza Virtuosa grinder and reverse osmosis water and the coffee out of this machine is as good as it gets and can be adjusted for every individual preference.
