Not as functional as i was hoping. Loaf is weird size, and following directions in book didnt work. Bread rose too much, took about three tries and finally baked the loaf in the oven.

I\’ve been using it at least 1/week to make bread, pizza doughs, doughs for hamburger and hotdog buns and more . Much quieter than my older model and easy to program . Good recipes in the booklet that I modified to my personal journals and experiments

My wife gave me a bread maker for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Twice I have made the French bread. It is so easy to use the recipes that came with the machine. The French bread is great, but there is more sugar and cinnamon in it.
