After a few months of use the strap at the bottom of the carafe is peeling, revealing the silver metal under the grey finish. I bought this to replace an older model. I would have preferred the old silver finish, but only the satin grey was available.

A great cup of coffee can be made from this coffeemaker. It looks very nice in the kitchen, it\’s easy to program and use. It has an annoying flaw. condensation runs down the back of the machine when you lift the lid. A few drops would be normal. It\’s annoying.

The best coffee pot ever. The best tasting coffee.

After almost 7 years of daily use, my first coffee maker burned up. I like the large carafe and the bold feature. It makes coffee taste better. The carafe leaves the coffee at a certain temperature. Not hot enough.

There is an option to not use paper filters with a permanent cup.

The coffee is good. We would buy it again.

I like my coffee maker. The older Cuisinart coffeemaker stopped working after about eight years, savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay savesay There was a vent hole added to the rear of the top lid which allowed steam to escape during the brew cycle. I keep my coffeemaker under my kitchen cabinets so I have to be aware of this. I have to pull it from under the cabinets so that steam doesn’t collect on the underside of the cabinet which would damage it. It is a little cumbersome but manageable.
