I have a coffee maker, but only one or two things. When you pour the last part, it leaves coffee in the thermal carafe. When the brew process is interrupted by pouring a cup before it\’s done, it drips or runs down the counter. The area where you pour the water is small and you have to be careful what you put in it. It\’s convenient to have a coffee maker with an insulated carafe, but you can\’t use both at the same time.

We would recommend this coffee maker. We’ve mostly used the single cup option, but have also tried the full pot brew option a few times. It makes a good cup of coffee and the insulated carafe keeps it that way for a long time. The brew time for a full pot is a bit longer than expected and you need to be very precise when putting the single cup side in place. Water will leak out at the seal if it is a bit off. It’s great that it covers both our single cup and full pot needs, and it’s a nice machine.

We didn’t want to put the cups in the landfill. I wanted a coffee maker that was attractive, allowed my husband to occasionally make a single cup of decaf, and could make a pot for me. All the boxes were checked by this brewer. The ounce size is the same as the single cups, but they seem to be harder. The coffee is good. It takes 5 minutes to brew a brew. It’s a nice feature. I wish the thermal pot stayed hotter. I don’t understand why it doesn’t consider how efficient thermoses are. I’m glad I don’t have to remember to turn off a hot plate because it could burn a glass pot. It’s a good choice.

This was a Christmas gift for me. I am happy so far. We use it a lot. When I come downstairs, the timer is ready because I set it to go off in the morning. I had coffee all over the counter when I forgot to empty the leftover coffee from the craft. When using the single serve it splatters out of the cup onto the counter. I’m going to lay a paper towel there.

A good coffee maker for a pot or a single cup. It’s easy to start a pot in the morning. You can use your own coffee with the single cup maker. It is awkward to add water to the main reservoir. If you want to add water, find a container other than the pot.

Good: single brew or kcup. On and off for brew signal. The thermal carafe is very annoying. You don’t know how many cups of water you have. The cover is very slow. To empty the carafe, you have to tip it completely upside down. The opening for the water in the brew is small and can lead to spills.
