Tried 2 different keurigs and was appalled how awful and not user friendly they were. Purchased this machine almost a month ago and am in LOVE with it. SUPER easy to use. Excellent brews. Very quick as well.

I have a coffee maker, but only one or two things. When you pour the last part, it leaves coffee in the thermal carafe. When the brew process is interrupted by pouring a cup before it\’s done, it drips or runs down the counter. The area where you pour the water is small and you have to be careful what you put in it. It\’s convenient to have a coffee maker with an insulated carafe, but you can\’t use both at the same time.

The gold basket and single serve come with a basket to do your own. Sometimes you don’t have to use thepods. I am very happy with my coffee maker. Highly recommend it.
