I was told there was no hold, but that it was $77. The bank would open a claim if the charge was 23. I haven’t used the kettle because of the hassle of returning it. I could have gotten this item for the same price at several other stores, including Amazon, Best Buy, Target and others, without the hassle and higher price than advertised. MySaveMall wants customers to purchase online for store pickup or delivery, but there are problems. The store managers at MySaveMall were rude about this and the store manager on duty at night walked away from me. I had to wait for her to help me. I paid for a bag but didn’t get one when I picked up the item. The store in La Quinta is being renovated. They need to improve service. It looks like the kettle would be a good one if I could get this overcharge straightened out. I researched kettles, both stove top and electric, and decided on this one because of the sale price. It isn’t worth the full price of $100.

My daughter-in-law from Japan told me that different teas need different brew times. I spotted this kettle on the internet and have been very pleased with it. I like the electric tea kettle. The best part is that it has a three year extended warranty. The majority of tea kettles do not have a warranty. I only had an electric tea kettle for a year. I own several Cusinart kitchen appliances and have been pleased with them.

The PerfecTemp Kettle is a great addition to my kitchen. The kettle allows for the perfect temperature when I’m making tea and I love loose leaf tea. I don’t have to look it up because the buttons say the temperature and type of tea, so I don’t have to keep looking. It keeps at the temperature when I replace it on the base. The filter is easy to remove, rinse off and replace. It is beautiful and stylish.

This is what an electric kettle should look like. It’s easy to use. It works very quickly. A simple wipe with a clean dishcloth is all you need. There are clear instructions on how to remove mold minerals from very hard water. The buttons set the perfect temperature for any type of tea.
