The first time I used this product the front panel on the drawer came off on the side. The two screws fell out of the plastic and were stripped. I duct taped it and made some french fries. They came out great but the duct tape doesn’t match the countertop. The website navigation is atrocious too.

This is my second Dash Air Fryer. I broke the first one (my fault). Then I bought an expensive one that was recommended by Americas’s Test Kitchen and it just simply stopped dead after 9 months. So, back to Dash. I always liked it and the more expensive one didn’t offer anything better. I have the 6 quart but have purchased the smaller ones as gifts to nieces and nephews when they get their first apartment. I love Dash.,
