   styrofoam cups bend inward when pressed against the mechanism and using the designed spout is useless. The mechanism pushes towards the hot urn. It is very difficult to use if the drinker has older hands. A poor spout design makes it difficult to use.

   We all agree that the spot has some issues, but I just keep a small glass that fits under the spout and use it to make taller mugs. When compared to other urns, the water stays hot and the price is excellent. I’ve been using mine for a year now and I’m happy.

   The coffee pot was purchased for the office. The spout is poorly designed. The pot is hard to use with cups. It dribbles after use. A person is trying to get coffee by pressing a lever. I wouldn’t recommend this pot to anyone.

   The coffee maker met and exceeded my expectations. The break room needed a coffee maker. It works well and gets a lot of use. It was a perfect replacement for our old one because of its clean look and ease of use.
