The only complaint I have is that the second time I used it, the dots/numbers wore off of the timer knob, so now I have to guess the cook time from 5 to 25 minutes. It’s manageable. It makes my cooking simpler. Everything is perfect. I have cooked beef tenderloin steaks, pork chops, stuffed peppers, grilled cheese, frozen pizza, wings, fries, and many other things. Everything has been great. I recommend it to my friends and family.

The electric air fryer has a temperature control and timer. It works well. When your time is at zero, this electric air fryer stops. You can open it at any time to check your food. I tested it on frozen fries, chicken tenders and a slice of pizza. It works like an oven. You can add a small amount of oil to some foods for added crispness. I decided to mix them and double the time to crisp them all because I found that the recommended time for frozen potatoes was not enough. The tenders were the same. I don’t think I saved a lot of time using this cooker, but I think it generated very little heat into my kitchen, which was great as summers here are hot. I put the pizza in the basket. The cheese melted nicely. Measure what you have open to be sure it will fit, as this item takes up a bit of cabinet space. The handle was cool when I removed the cooking unit. The copper units are dishwasher safe. They were easy to fit on my top rack. There was a full bag of frozen fries in the basket. If you have more than one layer of food to crisp, you need to open the unit to move it around often.

We used to have an oil fryer. I knew I wouldn’t go back to an oil fryer after using this one time. It turned out better than any time we’ve ever made chicken nuggets in an oil fryer. All we had to do was spray the chicken with cooking spray and they cooked perfectly. You can cook hamburgers in this thing, according to the instructions that came with it. It’s cool if it works, but we haven’t tried it yet. My new favorite appliance is this one.

If you’re looking for a healthier way to eat fried foods without giving them up, this is the appliance for you. It makes fried goodness with less fat, less grease, less cholesterol, and less calories by allowing you to use little or no oil. It’s a better way to enjoy food. Non stick coating is used to make the interior. The temperature can be adjusted from 175 degrees to 400 degrees with a timer. The reason food comes out so crisp is because of the triple cooking power which are Halogen, Convection, andInfrared heat. The booklet has suggested cooking times for many food items. I have done onion rings, fries, chicken strips, and even watched someone do fried chicken on line. I haven’t tried it yet, but I will try it next time I watch their video. You can’t go wrong with the Gotham Steel Air Fryer. I would definitely recommend it.

I received this as a gift and use it all the time. The first time I wiped it off, the timer numbers were wiped clean, but now I have to use a seperate timer to see how long my food is in there. I will be buying digital when I get one. Digital are the same price.
