The last tea kettle I would need to buy was assumed to be this one. It looks good. The fit and finish is not what you would expect from a high end English product. It looks like cheap Chinese stuff. The paint on the lid is thin and there is chrome on it. The handle design is not good. Your hand is in line with the steam when you pour the hot water. It’s large so it’s nice when I host parties with hot beverages. I am a little disappointed. Return it.

I received a new Kettle. I was disappointed to see a scratch on the handle when I opened it on Christmas morning. The glue that was used to put the spout in place was not straight. I thought the quality would be amazing but it wasn’t. The product was returned by me. Will try to get another. The new one will be fine, I hope it was a mistake.
