I have never used this fryer before. It was worth the wait. I fried 8 chicken nuggets and they were a perfect golden brown in 4 minutes. The short cord is my biggest complaint. To get to the plug in the wall, I have to use an extension cord. The fryer cord falls out of the fryer when I plug it into the extension cord.

The Hamilton Beach deep fryer is a great product. It doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter and can hold a decent amount of items to fry. It comes with a lid to keep the oil out of the house. You can choose the oil temperature with the deep fryer. It’s very easy to dump food from the fryer basket because the handle doesn’t get hot to the touch. I think the product is good quality and I am happy with it.

I really like this fryer. I use a deep fryer for the first time and it makes me sad that I spent so long using a regular pan. The process is so easy with this deep fryer. The setup was easy and the fryer heated the oil fast. The design of the basket makes it relatively healthier to let the oil drain over the vat before emptying it. I had to rearrange some of my other kitchen implements to help the fryer get closer to the outlet as the power cord is short. It’s difficult to plug in just anywhere because of that safety feature. I love this thing and will use it again.

I like the ease of use of this deep fryer. The Hamilton Beach deep fryer is the perfect size for 2 people. The basket was small but it did a great job with our french fries. The green indicator light let us know when the oil was at the right temperature. We’ve made French fries, beer battered walleye, deep fried pork chops, red bean sesame balls, and a blooming onion. All delicious! We’re going to make doughnuts. The unit was easy to disassemble and clean because it didn’t splatter while frying. I appreciated that the basket handle folded up to make it easier to store.
