I like egg muffins made with the Breakfast Sandwich Maker with Egg Cooker Ring. You’ll need a timer and some pot holders to use this appliance. Please read the directions. Did I read the directions? I wonder if I look like I read directions. Plug it in. The switch needs to warm up. Get your ingredients ready, I use an English muffin, an egg, a slice of cheese and a slice of Canadian bacon. The unit is ready when the preheat light goes on. Step three is to make an egg muffin. Put the bottom half of your English muffin on the bottom, put Canadian bacon on top, put your egg in the egg ring, and then the top half of your English muffin. The lid needs to be closed. The timer should be set for 4-5 minutes. When the timer goes off, slide the bottom out of the egg tray and open the unit. The perfect egg muffin can be transferred to your plate. The instructions say to use egg whites. I puncture the yellow with a whole egg to make it cook flat. It’s hot. Enjoy!

I use this to make a breakfast sandwich. I put 1 Canadian bacon and a scrambled egg in the kitchen. It only takes a few minutes to cook. It doesn’t take up a lot of space on my countertop and is easy to clean.

Anyone that likes breakfast sandwiches should use this product. It’s quick. It’s easy. The middle section is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. It is small so it does not take up much counter space. It’s great for single people. A lot of hotels have coffee pots in their rooms. I would take this with me to my hotel room so I could make my own English muffin breakfast sandwich. It’s not limited to English muffins. If you want to trim other breads to size, you could use a small bagel. The only tip I can give is to not place the top half of the bread or muffin on the egg before it has cooked. The top part of the sandwich gets messy because the egg takes longer to cook.
