We don’t have a lot of time, but I will say what I know so far. The jar is very heavy. We have been making frozen and fresh fruit drinks and they come out great. I told my husband to use ice to see how it would do. I was amazed that it could crush some ice in such a short time. I couldn’t find this in the stores. I didn’t have to pay shipping charges because I had to store it and have it delivered. I am so happy that I did. I don’t think it’s the best for the money, but it’s better for the money. We took the more expensive one back because of the noise and ice crushing. The only downside is that you have to clean between the buttons. That doesn’t change it’s price or usefulness.

The product works as it is described. No issues with ice or other hard to blend items. Our 7 year old Hamilton Beach was replaced with this one.
