I haven’t used a stand mixer in a long time. I was not ready for the investment of 300 to 400 dollars. The nostalgic style and price of this stand mixer caught my eye. I used this on a bunch of cookies. When it started mixing stiff dough, it wobbled a bit, but quickly smoothed it out. The cups keep it on the counter. I like the fact that you can grab other ingredients or clean up while you’re mixing. I thought the beater did a great job getting to all the sides. I scraperd them down once, but the mixer got everything on its own. I haven’t tried the whisk or dough hook yet. The stand mixer is a great value. I have good luck with Hamilton Beach products.

I used it just 5 times since I bought it in November, and it broke while I was mixing 3 cups of dough. The mixer was so hot that it smelled like a burnt engine. The life span is not up to a month if I use it all the time. wasted my money.
