I have to clean the machine several times because the needle is very sensitive. The pump doesn’t work. We decided to come back. After 30 days, MySaveMall doesn’t take this back, so we contacted Hamilton beach, they said we have to pay 70 dollars, and if the machine is broken, they will ship us a new one. They know that we don’t want to pay more for this product. Don’t waste your money.

It fits anywhere on a desk and is very practical. It works for cups or loose coffee. The cable cord is the only problem I see. I had to add an extension for it to be small.

The coffeemaker is a great buy for someone who doesn’t drink a lot of coffee. You can use ground coffee and K-cups. It works the same as the more expensive machines. I’ve used it for a week now and haven’t noticed a decline in quality as other reviews had me concerned about. The shipping took forever is the only negative thing.

I don’t drink coffee. I bought this for my girl. She has used it 3 times in a week. She only uses it for the k-cup option. The machine has no mess and you only add water to it. The taste was good and the machine was quiet. The machine looks great on our kitchen counter. Good for the price. She says she has tried a lot of expensive brands. The k-cups can be expensive, but grinded coffee can also be used, so I decided to use this one.

I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a coffee maker that will make more coffee than I need but I do want a taste for coffee. I decided to use a single brew maker. I decided to get a maker that was specifically made for K-cups because I was introduced to them. I chose the Hamilton Beach because I didn’t want to pay an outrageous price for a coffee maker. It has been a great purchase. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space because it’s small. It’s easy to clean up. I’m glad I found this maker. I haven’t tried ground coffee yet, but I will probably stick to the K-cups. I was able to have the product shipped to my home because it was out of stock at my store. I would recommend this product to anyone.

It takes 10 ounces of water. No… I can only get 9 ounces. I don’t think it makes good coffee, others may like it. It leaks like a sieve and yesterday water sprayed out on my counter from the machine. It is going back. This could have been a lemon, and other people who have purchased it may or may not have had problems with it. I would have liked to have been able to use my personal K-cup with it, but it is not possible because of the way the cup is made. If you remove the k cup holder, you can use your own coffee with the built in filter. I have had two cups of coffee. Coffee and Hamilton Beach have had problems. My first Keurig lasted 6 mos, the second one 1 month, Personal Mr coffee by keurig 3 months, the newest Mr Coffee by Keurig 2 weeks, and now this Hamilton Beach one 2 wks. I ordered the single serve Bunn coffee maker because it had 99 percent perfect reviews and people loved the coffee the machine made.

They wouldn’t give me 5oz of coffee when I tried multiple k cups, it tasted terrible. The time it took to make coffee was more than advertised. If your cup isn’t very close to where the coffee comes out, you will be sprayed coffee eveywhere. It was a machine. Don’t fall for the cheap price and spend more money on better machines.

I was not sure if it did the job as it states. I kept the receipts in case something went wrong. But that never happened. I use it for ground coffee and K-cups in my office. It does the job for K-cups, but not the same as a Keurig machine. It makes bigger holes in K-cups if it is not inserted correctly. The ground coffee mechanism has a filter in it that prevents coffee bits from getting into the cup. The people who are considering purchasing this product should use it as instructed. You can use K-cups and grounds or a single brew pack for this purpose. I think this is worth the money. I use this everyday.

We discovered this product on the internet and have been looking for it. Most retail stores don’t have them because it takes either a K-cup, A Mileta Pod, or your own ground coffee, and that doesn’t sell overpriced K-cups. It makes a great cup of coffee if you put water in each time you brew. It takes about 2 minutes to brew.
