They were told not to send the item because MySaveMall switched the card payment on me. I canceled the order and said the wrong card was used. They still sent it. Look for a different seller to buy from.

I only gave it one star. The sandwich wouldn’t fit on the hinge side. The front of the unit would be damaged by the panini. Poor design. I returned it. I wouldn’t recommend buying it.

We made ham and cheese on an Italian loaf using it for the first time. Fantastic! We ate Rubens, baby Swiss, and sauerkraut on Marble bread the next night. It’s even better than fantastic. We made more Rubens and they were even better. We are thinking of new sandwiches. It only takes a few minutes and they are done. We are very happy with it. I might buy them for all my children.
