We made sandwiches for a crowd in a few minutes after opening the box. It was easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean up. I wish the plates were not there. The plates were easy to wipe down because we haven’t used anything greasy or messy. If you did a meatballs sub, you might have a problem with clean up. It would be a great addition.
