The blender is a beast. The glass is heavy and nice. There is a nice setup on the counter. The design is very sleek. It’s a good thing that the lid is snug. You don’t want one with a loose lid. It only takes a few minutes to make a smoothie. It is possible to crush ice without a problem, but there are a few issues that need to be worked out. Just shake the glass and hit the button again. We’ve made smoothie out of juice, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen raspberries, and ice. I have not encountered a problem at all.
