I like the Hamilton Beach Professional Deep-Fryer. This comes with a huge basket for frying a large quantity or a small basket for frying different items at the same time how convenient. The grease doesn’t splatter everywhere because you have a vent cover. The Deep-Fryer is recommended by me to family and friends.

I like the idea of a completely dismantlable deep fryer. It’s easy to store and light a feather. Another innovation that makes perfect sense in the real kitchen is Hamilton Beach.

I like this thing. I used 2 dozen chicken wing segments in the home fryer to make sure there were no problems. There is a lot of oil to get up to temperature and that takes a little longer to heat than an average fryer. Due to the large capacity of oil, the oil temp doesn’t drop a lot when you put your food in. It has deep sides that result in most of the spatter being contained inside the fryer instead of making it’s way to the surface you put it on. The only complaint I have is that the chord is short, but I just used an extension. This is something I would highly recommend.

I like the larger pan. The grease gets good and hot when the heating element is used. Fish and wings are what we’ve fried in ours, and this fryer gets the job done in over half the time our others did. I will recommend my fryer to anyone who fries large amounts of food.
