I had a hand me down as well as a brand blender. I put on about 8 ounces of frozen berries, 4 or 5 tbls of yogurt, and 7 or 8 ounces of milk with a small amount of sugar. It was easy! It’s my suggestion to start slow with hard frozen items. The softer the product, the longer it will last. Softer items should be towards the blades first. The lid had a “snap on” feature for when I drank it. It sits there. I love this blender.

The blender I bought was small, portable, and reasonable. I wanted to make my shakes for lunch so I brought it to work. I was unsure of the size when I opened it, thinking that it wouldn’t work like my big blender at home to blend ice. I was wrong. This is the new home blender. I use it at home because it’s easy to clean up. It is so awesome that I am taking it with me to and from work. I take it with me to hotels so I can make my shakes for breakfast. It works in my bag. I can’t say enough good things about this little appliance. I will purchase another one tomorrow so I can keep it at home. My friends who are doing the weight loss shakes are very happy with their purchases, and I have recommended this blender to them as well.

For a small portable blender, it’s quite powerful. I only had it for a week, but I was very satisfied while on vacation. I could drink it from the container as a cup. It is very easy to clean.

If you are a prep queen and have everything in the freezer and ready to go, this could be good for you. You may have an idea for a quick healthy breakfast in your head. I had 4 ice cubes and liquid in the motor and it wouldn’t crush the ice. I crushed the ice cubes manually and it worked on the fruit (blueberries and strawberries with some greek yogurt and milk). When I made the second smoothie, it smelled like heat. The smoothies were delicious and the jars sealed well. Kids will drink from these jars and lids.
