I\’ve had Keurig coffee makers forever and been pleased UNTIL NOW. This K-Mini Plus is defective, horrible, and a waste of money and time. The first one I received made a loud cranking sound when the arm was pressed down and then took 2-3 times to make a single cup of coffee because I had to reset it, wasting a lot of pods and my time. I called Keurig because there was a note requesting the purchaser do that before returning the item. BIG CLUE- they know there\’s a problem. But they did ship me a new one that seemed to work better until the same loud sound began to happen and now it takes me three efforts to make a cup of coffee. I called Keurig AGAIN, and this time was shamed by a snippy rep who insisted my brand new model needed to be descaled. Okay, tried that and I got a cup of coffee, but the next day I had to try 3 times before I got one. I could brew a pot of coffee for 8 people on my stove faster! I am done with Keurig. I wanted a model that had the option for strong coffee and what I bought was months of frustration for an overpriced clearly defective model (not just mine) and sass from a Keurig rep. Coffee should be easier than this folks! Oh, and when it does finally work, it still takes a long time to brew one lousy cup of coffee. Spare yourself the frustration and buy something else.

The storage pod is terrific. We got silver to go with our gray camper interior. The one surprise is that the description states it makes strong coffee, that is a button you push, you can also have lighter coffee by not pushing the \”strong\” button. Very delighted with our purchase.

Absolutely love this machine. I enjoyed my larger model for a long time, but it was a lot to clean. The k-pod storage is included and it is great. I like the color. Since we got it, we’ve used it like crazy, because we needed something to take up less space. My husband tested positive for Covid-19 this week and has used a ton for tea, something he wouldn’t drink before. If you can get over a 30-second noise complaint, the machine is terrific.

On our travels, we ordered this to take with us. Hotels usually provide a coffee maker, but not necessarily ones that use a K-pod, and that’s a must for me. I love the “Cardinal Red” color of this K-Mini Plus Single Serve, it’s so energetic in the morning. It is easy to transport, small enough not to take up a lot of room on the counter, and a breeze to use. It’s not as big of a deal as our full size Keurig, but we quickly got used to it. I have to remember that it’s not storing several cups of water and that I have to fill it each time, but that’s just a matter of getting used to it. We don’t have to hold the brew button down if we just want hot water, like we do for our full size unit. Extra storage for the power cord and K-pods is a bonus. The new Keurig travel mug is a measurement device for the water you put in the coffee maker, and it fits nicely underneath the dispenser on a “flat” drip tray. The mug is easy to hold on to and it keeps the coffee hot. It tastes the same as the coffee we brew in our full size unit. It was quite happy with this mini unit. For those of us who travel, thank you for designing something so compact and efficient.

It works the same as the big Keurig. You need to add water to the cups. Does 8 to 12 ounces at a time. White is a good color for my kitchen. Staying in the same footprint is what comes with a Pod storage. The cup goes to brew.
