We drink a lot of coffee. For the past 7 months, we\’ve been using our Keurig easily. We noticed coffee grounds in our cups as well as a high-pitched noise while we were making coffee. Coffee grounds agreed to replace our mini-brewer with a new model after we called customer service who thoroughly when through the maintenance procedure with us and after agreeing she heard the noise and we still noticed coffee grounds agreed to replace our mini-brewer with a new model. My big 12-cup coffee maker took up so much counter space that I replaced it with a little wonder in red. The Mini Plus is easy to use. I prefer that the water is always fresh. I wanted a coffee maker that could brew both coffee and ground coffee, and that’s what I got.

I tried out the k-cups and bought my first mini. When pressing the brew button, it would blink for 3 minutes, turning off without heating the water or pumping. I would go without coffee if this happened again. Since I have to leave for work in the morning, I didn’t have time to call support or trouble shoot. I bought this because I didn’t want to struggle and figure out why it wasn’t working. I returned it because I kept the box if it turned out to be a bad product.

The Kuerig is perfect for us because we don’t like boiling water for instant drinks and we live in a small apartment. There’s a variety of drinks, all sorts of flavors, and hot chocolate. I am a huge fan of herbal teas and was thrilled to find the sleepy time pods. It’s convenient. It’s very easy to use, and much simpler than the espresso machine we had. It’s nice to always have something on hand to offer our guests, and not have to make it seem like an incovenience. There is a problem. The go to coffe cups are too big and we have to lift and close the Pod bay a couple of times to get it to click. For the way we use it, the smaller price tag was more important than the incovenience of transferring coffee to a thermos every once in a while. It’s a great machine for people who only want to make a couple of cups at a time.

Since May 13, we have had two Keurig Personal Plus MiniBrewers. After 3 weeks, the first stopped and we returned it and got a new machine. After two weeks, this stopped. We got a no-questions asked refund after we realized there was a problem with this new model. I sent an email to Keurig but got no response. We are using up the K-cups this way. This is not a good product.

We like this beer. A fresh cup of coffee is the best benefit. We were throwing away partially brewed pots of coffee because it was more expensive than buying bulk coffee. The savings in time not having to clean the carafe and dump the filter of grounds is well worth it. If you don’t want to use a cup of coffee, you can purchase a disposable one. It won’t fit a tall cup but it is possible to brew into a glass measuring cup and pour it into a travel mug. We had a problem at first. The manual doesn’t tell you that there is a top needle. Take a straightened paper clip and remove the gasket. If you use your own coffee, use a coarser grind. The grounds were getting cold and we had to leave the k-cup closed up. If you remove the k-cup after you brew, it won’t get stuck. Since we discovered that, have not had it happen. By the way, Keurig’s customer/technical service is top notch.

If you want a good cup of coffee, you need the K10 Mini Plus. It makes a beverage out of your coffee maker. Not only does it make coffee, it also makes a lot of other beverages. I own a red K10 Mini Plus. The best coffee mug is a common ceramic mug. I started with the six K-Cup sampler which comes with the K10, and have gone beyond that. I have a hot beverage central in my kitchen, and I only had my K10 for a few days. An instant or automatic cup of coffee is not as good as a Keuring cup. The best accessory for the Keurig is the under brewer drawer unit, which holds 28 K-cups ready for use in an easy to use all metal drawer unit. I bought a K10 for myself and a matching one for my mother.

Customer service is great at Keurig. If you have a problem with your brew, contact Keurig. The customer service is excellent and I have had to replace my Special Edition brewer 2 times after 1 1/2 years.

This was a 2012 Christmas gift from my boss. It makes the perfect cup of coffee. I don’t need a 12-cup brewer because I live alone. Every cup is fresh. It’s been seven months since I’ve cleaned it. The needles got stuck for the first time this week. I didn’t know there was a problem. I will be going through this process with every cleaning because it makes a big mess. The biggest cup you can brew is 10 ounces. My coffee would be weak if I could make a bigger one. It’s true that travel mugs don’t fit underneath, but I just brew in a separate cup and transfer. It takes two minutes to brew the first cup, but it’s not bad. The unit and K-Cups are expensive. You can use your own coffee, but I can’t use the screen filters. I can’t get it strong enough. I don’t like the fact that you can’t use their water filters with this brewer. If I were going to buy another one of these, I would join the club and keep ordering coffee until I accumulate enough points to get a half price. My plan is to upgrade next year. That’s right.

I bought it for a student. The perfect solution for a coffee drinker who needs to make a single cup of coffee on demand is a Keurig brewer. My daughter’s mini stopped working within a few months. After working with the customer service team to find a solution to the problem, they replaced the mini with a new one. This was a good solution until the replacement brewer stopped working. I will not buy a Keurig for my other college student unless I can find a cheaper model.

I’ve had it for two years. It’s nice and small in my college housing. I’ve never had a problem with it. You can’t fit large mugs under it, that’s the only negative. I’m not sure I could get a big enough mug under there to make 10 ounces of coffee.

I was excited to buy this for the office in April. Not even 4 months of use, which is 3-4 cups Mon-Fri. The coffee maker costs $25 a month. The worst coffee maker I have ever owned. I have a model at home that I have been using for over 4 years. If you read this after your purchase, please don’t waste your money. It is one of the worst engineering feats in modern history.

I didn’t want to make coffee because I always wasted the leftovers and it didn’t seem worth it for one person. I have at least one cup of the best-tasting coffee every day since I bought the K10 Mini coffeemaker. The Green Mountain Donut Shop coffee is the best so far. I also use almond milk. I like pouring a fresh cup of water in it before making my coffee. It is so quick that it could be used by more than one person. Fresh water on the spot is a plus for me. I can’t tell you how happy I am with this coffeemaker. It makes me happy when I know it is in my kitchen. Honest!

This is the best coffeemaker I have ever owned. Every time, you get a perfect cup if you find the right combination of coffee strength and water. The manual water gauge lets you choose how much water you want. The water is very hot. There is a small footprint. It turns itself off. The base is easy to fit taller cups. Have had it for almost 8 months and have not had a problem. Love it!

Thanks to an awesome sale, I bought mine yesterday. ]. I wanted the larger models but they would have taken up too much space in my small kitchen. The mini fits perfectly on my counter-top, but I wish it was a little less deep. I would have preferred a white model to match my other appliances. The sample coffee is easy to use and I have already made two cups. Put the right amount of water in the k-cup and let it brew.

I received mine for Christmas. I use it daily since I set it up. I love it! I like to make just enough for one cup. I have to brew my coffee in a regular mug because it doesn’t fit in my Togo mug, but I just pour my coffee in my mug and voila! The size is perfect because I have limited counter space.
