I’ve never had a tool like that before. I didn’t know I needed one. I am glad I bought this. I have to say that KitchenAid knows what they’re doing. There are simply amazing products that work. The cord is long and the two speeds are nice. Cleans up quickly and does a great job. I like to get every tiny clump of powdered sugar dissolved into Sheet Cake frosting. It’s so smooth that it’s like glass. A power button that you don’t have to hold constantly is the only change I would ask for. If you’re doing a lot of mixing, it makes for a tired thumb. KitchenAid is a good choice if you’re considering a hand blender.

This is the job I need. After having it for a long time, my old one stopped working. This one is not as strong as my other one, it takes a bit longer to mix the peanut butter and bananas. No ice makes it blend well. Have never tried ice or frozen fruit. I’m not sure if it would work. The piece with the blades needs to be put on by matching up two lines, but you need to tug on it to be sure. It would blend and then fall off when I first used it. Before you blend, make sure it’s on. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it gets the job done.

So much better! My old hand blender was so powerful that it dragged my hand to the bottom of every container I used. It was difficult to get it well blended. The end was plastic. It’s metal and does a better job than the other one because it’s still powerful and quieter. It’s more expensive but it’s worth it!
