I had put off this purchase for years. Just got back for a vacation in Italy. I could not hold off any longer. Tried it out as soon as I received it. It was so much fun to use. My first attempt at homemade pasta was a success. I have already recommended it to others!!!!

I got the pasta roller for a Christmas present. Since then, I have made 4 batches of noodles and lasagna noodles. The attachment is easy to use and really allows me to get the noodles really thin which was a must. I highly recommend this if you like to make your own pasta!

I have always used my Grandmother\’s Past Machine with the hand crank . I received this Kitchen Aid pasta attachment as a gift and was hesitant to use it . The videos on you tube were very helpful . I made 2 lbs of pasta in less than an hour with no problems . The pasta was excellent !

These are amazing, I roll pasta by hand. The noodles are easy to clean. Can’t wait to try them.

We bought the pasta attachment for our stand mixer as a Christmas gift. It doesn’t take a lot of work to cut and roll fresh pasta. Our first project was to make a pasta dish. We were able to make the entire dish in one afternoon and serve it for New Year’s Eve dinner because of this attachment.

I used all of the pieces I received as a Christmas gift. The basic recipe for pasta dough was provided. The dough was flattened using the dough flattening attachment. The fettuccine and spaghetti attachment were used. The noodles were separated during cooking. Our pasta was reviewed very favorably. We will try our other pasts recipes as we become more familiar with the attachments. Since my kids help out with a lot of cooking, it’s very easy to use.

The pasta attachment are very easy to use. If you want to make pasta, you should watch the Kitchenaid video and use the attachment. I have had my Kitchenaid mixer for many years and I finally decided to get these attachments.

All of my accessories work great with this item. I didn’t know how easy it was to make your own pasta.

On the first use, the product broke. The fettuccine cutter broke after a few minutes after being used. Take a look at the pictures.

It was an amazing experience learning how to use this tool to help in the kitchen, I was hesitant to purchase attachment but because of my niece she made the family lasagna it was amazing the taste. She told me that the attachment was worth the money. I bought them and they are easy to clean and the best noodles I have ever tasted.

My sons gave this as a birthday gift. We wanted the sheeter as well as the pasta extruder. It is great, I’ve used it twice in 3 days. I was able to make almost paper-thin fettucine from scratch after having it down for the second time. Cleaning it can’t get it wet, and the pasta tends to fall into the mechanism and have to be “shaken” out once dry. It was a kind of pain. Otherwise it’s great. Looking forward to many years of homemade pasta.

I received this as a gift and it is even more fun to use. There are many ways to make pasta. I’m looking forward to many more recipes. That’s right.

The easiest attachment to use was this one. It turned out great with the pasta roller. The dough hook was used to make the pasta dough and the roller was used to roll it out. I have never made home made ravioli since I made it 30 years ago. My new plan is to make noodles all the time.

My daughter made four different kinds of pasta’s after I got this. We tried all of the rollers. I want to see how the other two work out. One of the cutters will make my favorite pasta, pappardelle. The best pasta was the one with the pesto cream sauce. It was cut into angel hair.

I received my pasta roller kit in January and have been enjoying it until it malfunctioned. The pasta clumps up when it comes out because the guide on the roller is not seated correctly.

I’m happy that everything is in the box, but the pieces have fingerprints all over them, and someone wiped them off with a cloth. E. L. L? If they don’t work, I will give them back, but please don’t touch people products or offensive language.

The 3 set is friendly. A damp cloth and scrub is all it takes to clean. A small brush for cleaning. If you want to make a lot of fresh pasta, you have to be at least 2 years old.

We lost our Kitcheaid mixer in the flood, so we replaced it with another one. We wanted to try it because we never had a pasta roller. It is made to the highest quality standards.

The roller and cutter kit was used for the first time. We got the newer version, stainless steel housings, but we need more experience. Looking forward to more pasta adventures.

I’ve always wanted to make my own pasta. When it first came out, I wish I’d bought it. I love it! My kids were amazed at how easy it was to use. There is a tip for making the dough. The dough is too tough without a sifter.

The manual was short and easy to read. Instead of shifting the flower, I used a whisk to blend in the salt so that I could fluff it up a bit to break up any clumps of flour and to add air before adding the eggs and water. Before you start, you need a drying rack. It was easier to clean the parts than I had thought.
