I got the pasta roller for a Christmas present. Since then, I have made 4 batches of noodles and lasagna noodles. The attachment is easy to use and really allows me to get the noodles really thin which was a must. I highly recommend this if you like to make your own pasta!

I have always used my Grandmother\’s Past Machine with the hand crank . I received this Kitchen Aid pasta attachment as a gift and was hesitant to use it . The videos on you tube were very helpful . I made 2 lbs of pasta in less than an hour with no problems . The pasta was excellent !

We bought the pasta attachment for our stand mixer as a Christmas gift. It doesn’t take a lot of work to cut and roll fresh pasta. Our first project was to make a pasta dish. We were able to make the entire dish in one afternoon and serve it for New Year’s Eve dinner because of this attachment.

I used all of the pieces I received as a Christmas gift. The basic recipe for pasta dough was provided. The dough was flattened using the dough flattening attachment. The fettuccine and spaghetti attachment were used. The noodles were separated during cooking. Our pasta was reviewed very favorably. We will try our other pasts recipes as we become more familiar with the attachments. Since my kids help out with a lot of cooking, it’s very easy to use.

It was an amazing experience learning how to use this tool to help in the kitchen, I was hesitant to purchase attachment but because of my niece she made the family lasagna it was amazing the taste.
