I like the machine. I’ve had it for 30 years. I used it a lot when I was making wedding cakes. The flat beater is a problem. I don’t know where the white coating ended up after it came off. What are my cakes? I read the reviews of the other people who bought new flat beaters. Why don’t you make a beater out of steel? People will pay for a good product. You have a machine.

My mixer has been with me for about 5 years. I use it fairly often, but I don’t use it all the time. These beaters need to be hand-washed. I would love to have a steel option. Black stuff is left on your hands when you wash and eat. Can’t imagine that’s safe to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
