Very sad that my lovely red hand mixer broke. During COVID I am busy trying many new recipes. Mid batter mixing for my raspberry buttermilk cake, the speed control slide function stopped, so I was only on high speed and while alternating between adding flour and liquids. I had to unplug the mixer
and plug in again to continue . There was some piece rattling around in the machine once done a couple of minutes later.

Firstly, I absolutely love the sleek red color and the overall design of this mixer. It features 5 speeds and 2 turbo beaters, so it can handle any job at hand. It does a great job from mixing mash potatoes to slowly blending walnuts into brownies. It\’s very easy to hold, and the ejector button works perfectly. I especially like the lock cord feature on both sides, which allows for easy maneuvering.

My batter was ready in minutes. I used it for mashed potatoes today and the were silky and fluffy, just perfect! It\’s so light and quiet. My toddler was able to help me! The four speeds are perfect and I didn\’t get a huge slash back when I changed the speeds. Love it!
