I used this for the first time to make an angel food cake after buying it a few days ago. It was a disaster. Batter flew all over me. The bowl is too small. I don’t like this mixer. I used to love a 7 quart and 6 quart Kitchenaid stand mixer. I sold the other two mixers because we had more space in our new home.

The Mini Mixer I bought a month ago has been great. I couldn’t decide if I wanted a mini model. I was worried that I would have regrets. I think I got it right. I like it. It’s the right size and color. It says a lot that I can handle it with my neck and back problems. I can’t tell you enough about it. You use less counter space because you get all the performance of the mini artisan. I promise you won’t regret this purchase. It’s a win.
