The KitchenAid handblender works well. I like using a hand blender to make drinks. I recently made a honeynut squash soup and used this immersion blender to blend the squash chunks into the soup. It’s very easy to use. It’s very easy to clean. I highly recommend this!

If you want to make a smoothie or mashed potatoes, the Kitchenaid Variable speed hand blender is the best. It is easy to keep the charge clean. The guard protects the blade when not in use. I’m going to buy a few of the attachments to make whipped cream. Even though it is a little heavy, I would highly recommend it.

We’ve used it a few times and like the way it works. The smaller size isn’t a problem because we only cook for two. The blades are sharp. Needed a bandaid. The blade sits low so it does a good job cutting. It is difficult to lock on or off the top.

The KitchenAid stick mixer is a powerhouse. My corded one was left in the dust. The battery can hold a charge for a long time. Up to two hours of use. It is great for soups and sauces, especially if you are just making a small dinner for two. It is tough and high quality, like you would expect from KitchenAid. This comes with a measuring and mixing cup that I used for my sauces and a lid to keep the rest fresh in the fridge. You can puree your soups hot and right on the stove without scratching your favorite saucepan with the nifty attachment that protects your pans. It is much quieter than any mixer I’ve used before. The clean up is easy. The main part should be wiped down, the blade should be detached, and the nooks and crannies should be washed away. My favorite tool in the kitchen was my old corded stick blender, and this KitchenAid cordless hand blender is in a whole new ballpark. It was superior in every way.

I was very excited to have the blender. I made an excuse to use it. I don’t like to be a fan. It’s too heavy for me. I might have had to hold it longer than I intended. I was using it to make coffee. My arms wore out from the weight of it. I will try it again, but not as a fan.
