Rich the great! (verified owner) –
I bought this a month ago and love it. It is easy to mix my dough and keep it mixed. I have used the beater before and it doesn’t work like this one. I’m very happy with the product.

I bought the new beater because I thought it would be better for my hands than the regular paddle. It was a disappointment. This thing doesn’t “incorporate” the fat into the flour. It makes it hard to breathe on “Stir” setting. It just makes paste out of the flour-fat mixture before I’ve even added the liquid, had to toss 2 batches, and at 86, I am no novice. You can save money by sticking with the paddle attachment.

The KitchenAid mixer has a pastry beater. The whole process is so easy because I make my own pastries. I don’t use the flat beater anymore because I used to hand mix the butter into the flour mix.

Great accessory. It’s easy to attach to the machine and do a great job. In no time, it makes pastry lump free. It is easy to clean after use. I like it. I can recommend it to anyone who loves baking.

I like everything from Kitchen Aid. The pastry beater isn’t a useful tool for making pastry. It doesn’t provide the same results when making pasty in a food processor. It seems like a good idea, though I didn’t see the point of it.

This is a must-have item if you love baking pies, pastries, cookies, or Napoleon. I don’t like how hard it was to mix cold butter with the flourby hand. The KitchenAid Pastry Beater is new. All you have to do is add the ingredients to the bowl. The dough mixes nicely. It saves you time. The quality of the tool is great. It turned out amazing when I used it for mashed It potatoes.

KitchenAid deals in quality and they did it again with the pastry beater. I make a Maltese flaky pastry called pastizzi with cold butter. The pastry beater has sped up the process and given me a more consistent dough. I like the seamless joints in the beater. If there are no real corners, nothing can get stuck.

It was easy to use the pastry beater in my KitchenAid mixer. I mixed everything up quickly after I connected it and made some cookies. I was very pleased with how it turned out. It was easy to clean up when making pastries.

My wife and I like to watch baking shows. We are trying to perfect our skills. This is taken to a new level by the pastry blender from KitchenAid. It makes a flaky perfect crust by not melting the butter. We can’t wait to see what else he can do. This is a must have for bakers.

If you are a baker and use a Kitchenaid mixer often, this is a must have attachment. It’s a game-changer when it comes to making pastries. You can mix in cold butter with this thing. I am adding all the ingredients and letting the machine do its job. I love it!
