There was a broken appliance, it was dirty and greasy, had a cracked lid, frame not flush with lid, shoddy, and totally used garbage they sent instead of a new one.

I made waffles for 3. We owned the waffle iron for 5 years. Even with spray-on oil, the batter would stick to the plates. Making waffles side-by-side other brand irons took 3 times as long. The other brands did not need oil. The power light stopped working after the warranty expired. The waffle iron had to be destroyed. The kitchen was filled with smoke. There was a wire that had burnt. We won’t buy this brand again.

Everything you want in a waffle iron is easy to clean up. Every time, this product makes a perfect waffle. The beeper will let you know when it’s ready. A necessary kitchen appliance is durable and compact.

This waffle maker makes my waffle batter perfect. There is a little crunch on the inside and outside. I had to return 2 other dual waffle makers because they made terrible waffles. Not this one! The size of the waffles is the same as the waffle maker doesn’t say dual. You will be happy with this waffle maker.

The hinge broke. No trauma, didn’t drop it. The warranty is only 1 year so can’t be fixed for shoddy materials. The wire cutter is no longer recommended. Will buy a replacement.

It takes a long time to cook. The top 5 min is still soft and not quiet done. My last Belgium waffel iron takes way more batter. After the first set of waffles, there was no heating. It stops hearing up completely.
