The coffee my mother in law hates is not rich enough, and I need an old school percolator to get real coffee. She is correct. It’s amazing that water makes multiple passes through your coffee, it extracts all the flavor. You can make great tea out of the glass, use full leaves and spices, make your own, I like the glass because I can judge the darkness easily.
