First pot was not good. Second was better. Now smooth, good coffee. Makes a popping noise over and over while on after coffee brews. Doesn\’t sound good. Will let Mr. Coffee know.

I think I may have simply received a \”dud\”. After reading the instructions carefully, I made what I thought was a cup of coffee. It was very, very weak. I tried again with ground coffee instead of beans, still a very weak cup of coffee. Also, the unit was very, very noisy while grinding. I use another brand of grinding coffeemaker at work, and it is not even close to being as noisy as this one. I returned this coffeemaker.

I got this for my husband because he loves strong coffee. He loves it! He uses 12 cups of beans and 8 cups of water to make a strong brew. He is happy with the flavor. I was surprised when I read the reviews that the noise was not as loud as people claimed. It’s noisy, but it’s grinding up a hard bean. It is not louder than any other coffee grinder. Some reviewers complained about having grounds in their coffee, but that seems to be an issue with the coffee-maker. When you put it in, make sure to press the filter against the sides of the basket. You will need to rinse out the grinder elements after every brew, but you have to put them in the filter anyway, so it’s not much of a problem. Enjoy!

Coffee makers that will grind coffee beans are hard to find at an affordable price, this product compares to the last more expensive coffee maker that we had and it is great.

I didn’t like the Thermal I purchased from Black and Decker. I was hoping the coffee machine would do a better job. It’s great. The grinder is loud, but you get used to it. It’s a great coffee and a great product.

I bought the coffeemaker to replace the one that died. The only complaint I have with this coffeemaker is that the grinder is very loud. It’s not worth worrying about for the price differential. It’s easy to clean. If you’re looking for a grind and brew machine, I would recommend this item.

Fresh coffee can be made by grinding the coffee beans. There is a difference between fresh ground and pre-ground coffee. The flavor is amazing. The Mr. Coffee grind and brew is more than meets expectations, looks good on the counter top, has all the features, and is a great value at less than $80. I wish I could find another one. They are out of stock at both MySaveMall and MySaveMall on line.

When the Cuisinart grinder coffee maker broke, we were happy to see Mr. Coffee made a product. They are very different products after the first pot. It was difficult to get a coffee flavor even after setting it on Strong and making 8 cups of coffee. The grounds had not even gotten wet when we opened it. It was difficult to clean. We will get another Cuisinart after dumping the coffeemaker.

A lot of room is taken up by the coffeemaker on the counter. The room temperature of the coffee is very quickly. We replaced the coffeemaker with a stand-alone burr grinder. I wouldn’t recommend this coffeemaker.

I bought a new coffeemaker after my old one stopped making coffee after 45 days. I decided to try it because it was called a best buy by Consumer Report. It is easier to clean than my other coffeemaker. I like the taste and smell of coffee made with fresh ground beans.

It’s worth it for coffee because of the loud grinding process and clean up, but it’s not as good as a normal coffee maker. Instructions are easy to understand. Bill C.
