Over the course of 10 years, we have used the coffee maker. It makes a delicious brew and is easy to clean. We bought the most recent one about two months ago and haven’t opened it yet. It doesn’t keep extra coffee warm and it hurts the neck when it’s reheated. We wouldn’t rate it 5-star. We own and have used a number of other expensive brands of Coffee Makers.
