They’ll die on you, I’ve had two of them. The first was about a year. I bought another to be thrifty and it lasted five months. It won’t make coffee anymore if you wake up one morning. It won’t say a word. I’m giving it a 2-star rating because if you don’t mind a cheap, short-term solution, then buy it. It’s great for making two cups of coffee. When it’s all over, the day will come sooner than you think. No coffee for you! I will not buy another one.

The machine can make up to 4 cups of coffee. I replaced one of the other brand’s brewers because I didn’t think they were making good coffee. I don’t have a lot of counter space, so I wish the brewer was a little more compact, taking up less room on my counter. There is an old-fashioned look to it. It’s easy to add water. The coffee doesn’t leak onto my counter when I pour it out. After several hours of heat on the pot didn’t break, I forgot to turn it off. The brew coffee is better because the water is slightly hotter than my previous one.
