The display has a responsive touch screen. I like iced coffee so it was easy to make it myself. The brew time was around 1 minute per cup. It’s a good idea for someone to switch between hot and iced coffee.

The coffee maker was perfect. It would sound like the coffee was being made but it would take 45 minutes for one carafe and 1/3 of the water to evaporate. I’m going to throw it out because it’s worthless. I tried the cleaning but it didn’t help.

The coffee maker did its job. The clock has been gaining time up to 1 hour overnight since I’ve had it. Programming is a gamble because it is not consistent. The heating plate isn’t secure and the carafe isn’t sitting securely, but it hasn’t caused a problem.

The coffee maker is great. There are a lot of features and easy to use. You will always need to reset the clock display because it doesn’t work right as it gains 15 minutes a day. I liked the answer the customer support gave, but they didn’t reply with it. I had to send a picture of the unit with the cord cut in two pieces to get a new one. I didn’t know how long I would be without a coffee maker, so I stuck with the clock.
