I was very satisfied with the one I owned before. It was perfect for my application. It can be a crowd or a single brew for one or two. I don’t have to keep it plugged in because it has a large metal thermal carafe. It fit under the cabinet. I can raise the top for coffee without removing it from the cabinet. I have to slide the brew basket out. The water container is easy to fill. It does not survive a fall from 7 feet onto concrete. There is a long story! Good product.

I bought a Gourmia about nine months ago. After purchasing my GOURMIA, I had to take it back because the DIGITAL clock was behind. I set the time on it and the next morning it would be 2 hours behind, not making my coffee that I had preset to brew in the morning. I thought it was a glitch with the one I had bought. It had been working fine until this morning, when Wal-mart replaced it with another one. It only made a few ounces after I turned it on. I started it again and again, only a few more ounces. I thought I could reset it, butnope. Only a few ounces of coffee were being produced at a time after I plugged it back in. It’s not an inexpensive coffeemaker and for it to only work a few months is ridiculous. I had a cheaper black/decer that lasted 6 years. I won’t be buying this brand again.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. The ability to wake up in the morning and go for a coffee is something I really value. I like to host people and make a pot of coffee which you can’t do with most single serve coffee makers. I bought this because of that. It hasn’t yet disappointed!

Too many problems with great features and design. The doors wouldn’t open without a screwdriver being used. The thing continued to leak after the door was closed. It was difficult to remove the coffee holder after the water leaked. The design ideas are great, but they are junk because of all the problems. After struggling with the brew, I returned it.

A piece of junk is expensive. There was a loose screw inside the box when I opened it. If you don’t want a large area of cabinet space used up, the design is terrible. The cheap plastic used to make the water reservoir won’t last long without cracking. When you want to make a full pot of coffee, you have to tell it how many cups. Quality was not up to par in the box. Next trip to town, Returned this piece of junk monster pot. You can save money by buying a cheap coffee maker. You will save money as well.
