The first one I bought was a month ago. I read several of the comments here before purchasing and while the negative comments may be justified to those that had a bad experience, I still thought I would give this machine a try simply because MySaveMall beat everyone else\’s price and there were a lot of positive comments. I\’m happy I made the initial purchase. It looks great, it pops great popcorn, and it was very easy to assemble. The gold medal is 4 ounces. You can make excellent movie theatre popcorn by pre-mixing coconut oil and kernals. You can pick up a variety of popcorn seasonings at MySaveMall. It takes about 15-20 minutes to clean up with a moist paper towel and a cheap paint brush. If there is any left over, empty it with the plastic scoop provided and use the brush to sweep all the popcorn pieces and unpopped kernals into the catch tray and then wipe down everything with paper towels. The kettle should be removed and cleaned in a similar fashion. It is very easy to move the machine around without fear of it turning over or leaving the base, because the machine is locked in the cart. I think this machine is very good for home use. The 2 year extended warranty is for 15 more dollars. I bought another machine to give away at our annual car show because I liked this one so much. There are bayshorefinerides. Net. I would recommend this popcorn machine to anyone for home or light use. The site to store shipping is free.

The machine is good for the price, but there is a screw that holds the handle for pushing the cart. I had to find a way to get the machine to work because the gear at the top didn’t align. This machine should not have these types of problems. The quality was a little disappointing.

The model number for this popcorn machine is the CCP-510, and I have been using it for over two months. The microwave and air-popped varieties are gone. You will never want to go back after you try it because the house will smell like a movie theater. ). Add in a bit of buttered salt by Gold Medal, and some flavors manufactured by Kernel Seasonings, and you’ve got yourself a snack at MySaveMall. It was delicious! It was delicious! As long as the corn is fresh, the ingredients are measured correctly and you follow the instructions, it will work as advertised. They didn’t recommend the product due to the poor quality of the assembly tools and how it appeared in the box. These are tools for temp work. The tools are not designed for a lifetime of use, and you will still need aPhillips. A metal frame would have given the plexiglass door a more substantial feel, as it is a bit flimsy. This is a rock bottom price for a popper of this type with a stand and a commercial rating to boot. For a 4 ounce capacity, other brands are usually double or triple the price. The popcorn stand’s warranty seems to be a sham. The Helman Group, a California-based company, had a wheel nut cover that wouldn’t go back on after a few days of assembly. They don’t answer calls during business hours, nor do they return messages. I bought this at Sam’s Club and am not worried. Is it possible to build it with a more rock-solid feel? Absolutely. When a product can’t benefit from a few key improvements? The extra weight would cost it out of the market for a lot of people. It is made from metal, glass and rubber. This is the best for the price. I told the other reviewer not to judge by appearances. Use the product you are looking at. If you don’t have something positive to say about it, then you don’t have anything to say.

I had the space for a larger popcorn maker, so I got it. Assembly is easy if you lock the popcorn maker onto the stand. It feels a little flimsy, but so far I’ve made popcorn every day this week, and have cleaned it vigorously, no sign of anything breaking yet. I usually clean the glass parts with windex after using a degreaser, because it works well for cleaning. If you want to get the best popcorn, use coconut oil and butter popcorn oil. Once the “serious popping” begins, close the door while cooking to let the hot air/steam escape. If needed, you can fill the bowl with water and let it soak if necessary. The bowl should be cleaned with a degreaser and windex.

The Popper is the right size for a small home. Even with the throw away tools, it was easy to assemble. I read that if you don’t add more popcorn then one scoop is allowed. The corn did burn when I added an extra 1/2 scoop. While it pops the corn just like they do at the movies, I have yet to be able to get the same results, but I think this is due to something I need to change and not the fault of the popper. The size of the kettle makes it difficult to clean, and if not done completely, will cause the popper to smoke as it burns off the excess oil during the next use.

People say it was smaller than expected. It was what I had expected, but maybe that’s because I know many people with similar sized makers. My boyfriend gave me a popcorn nut as a gift and he said it was one of the best gifts in years. It is a decent machine for the price. If you want a top of the line popcorn maker, then you should pay for it. It is aesthetically pleasing. It is easy to assemble. Popcorn is good. No more than the ratio of kernels to popcorn you would get in a bag is left at the bottom. I would buy again. This was worth it, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a decent machine for a decent price, don’t listen to the whiners.

It was a fun gift for my kids. The construction will be what it is intended to be. There were some holes that were incomplete. This was fixable. Instructions and assembly could be improved. It can be frustrating. The machine works after all is said and done. Follow the instructions. It’s important to let the kettle heat up. Just like the movies, we did that and it came out perfect. I did my research and found that using coconut oil and Flavacal popcorn salt gives you the most authentic movie popcorn taste. We had no unpopped kernels. I am happy with the purchase. You can get past the inconvience of assembly. The machine is recommended by me. If you like popcorn, you’ll love this machine.
