There was nothing to complain about. Plug and play. Easy instructions. The control panel is intuitive. The cooking power is good. Large enough for a dinner plate, cup, glass, or bowl. A 30 year old micro-wave was replaced by a new microwave with two dials, power level switch dial, and minutes timer dial. It is easy to program more than the rarely used 30 or 60 second button options. The dial can be used to control the new micro wave. It was easy and nice.

The retro style microwave from MySaveMall was the least expensive and did not have shipping charges. We were in Las Vegas and my daughter’s birthday was a few days away. It takes some getting used to since you dial a knob to choose the “pic” that corresponds with what you’re cooking or warming up, to get the amount of minutes it will take to cook/warm up the food. The 700 watt microwave takes more time to cook/warm up than a 1100 watt microwave would. I know I will love this microwave once I get used to it.
