I used this once in 2 weeks to make a smoothie and it turned out to be brown sludge around the motor mechanism. It gets all over my hands when I open the jar, even though it doesn’t mix with my food. The smell is like rust and not good.

MySaveMall doesn’t take seriousness to what they offer in their page. You’re not going to receive this product. They say it’s not their fault but the third party seller’s that you get the normal color one which is black and silver. At first I thought it was a simple mistake that the third party sellers didn’t sell, so I requested a refund and tried to buy it again, but it was more expensive than I had ordered. This is false and an insult to customers as you are trying to make customers buy a product that is not the one you’re selling and hoping they don’t complain. Terrible experience with this. I don’t have the blender I was promised because I haven’t received my refunds, but I have 140 dollars in my account.

I don’t have to wash a separate cup for my smoothies. It is easy to clean because of the access to the blades. It’s too heavy and bulky for traveling or taking to work, so I want it to be portable. It takes up less counter space in my kitchen because it’s more compact. A good product.

I picked up my online order at the store very quickly. Everything was in good shape when I arrived, except for the tall cup that was already on the base. I traveled to my son’s house to have him try to separate the cup from the blades. I could finally use it once apart. I have been using the NutriBullet Pro every day. When it’s time to make another drink, I look forward to it. In the week and a half I have been using it, I feel better after studying the books and making lists. I think the Pro 900 is worth every penny paid. Does what it says.

After my rubber gasket got caught on the blade and broke, I took a closer look at the blade piece and it was plastic. There are shards coming out of the center. A rubbery glue like substance surrounds it.

Nothing was plugged in. There was no power. I looked online to see if I could take the machine apart to clean it. Its brand new. The closest MySaveMall is an hour away. The wires are attached to the motor when I take the bottom off. I’m not doing that. I’ve already thrown most of the packing Styrofoam used to put it back in the box, and shipping it back is a major hassle, so I end up spending 2 hours and gas money to return the unit to the store. I ordered a new one. Hopefully the person who is supposed to attach the wires to the motor does their job.

This is the replacement for my other 900 series. It lasted several years. I used it daily. The 600 was not enough power. You can get the 900 smoothie if you want to chop up frozen fruits and vegetables. The 600 won’t work with a lot of frozen products.

I don’t understand it. My luck with Nutribullet has been the worst. I bought the first one and it didn’t work for a year. I bought this one after doing my research. I used it carefully. Only cold things. Never hot, never just a meal. It stops working one month after I used it 4-5 times. There was no clue. It wouldn’t spin. It seems like buying from this brand was a mistake. I’m done with this brand.
