I really liked this blender to start but then after my rubber gasket got caught on the blade and broke, I took a closer look at the blade piece and there was plastic(?!) shards coming out of the center. Also a ring of almost like, a rubbery glue like substance around it.

Really good blender! I rate items based on their practicality and ethics. I couldn’t find much information on the website about whether their products are ethicallysourced. Do laborers get paid well, what is the product’s environmental impact, and is recycled content used to make the product? I’d like to see Nutribullet move towards B-Corp certification.

I got this as a gift and have been using it ever since. The blade attachment allowed it to leak onto the base. I followed all the instructions to not leave it on for more than a minute at a time, not filling it past the fill line, etc. The product is faulty and I am aware of how to use it. After about a week of use, the first blade attachment leaked, so I asked for a replacement which worked for a few days. The faulty results were the same for both the original and replacement blade attachment. I need to replace the whole thing. I have always wanted a bullet, but I don’t know if the quality is what I expected. I can’t make time to call or make this replacement request because I am so busy.

I was surprised by the performance, it is top notch, no chunks or pieces of leafy greens left.
