I have used the food prep kit for many different things. I buy weekly meal prep kits. These kits need to be prepared with foods such as chopping, dicing, cutting and mixing. Most of the activities take a lot of time to prepare. The prep time has been reduced by half. Saving time without sacrificing taste and quality is what I do. If you want to make a lot of sauces, salsa, mixed/diced veggies and awesome for guacamole, this is the tool for you. I’m buying one for each of my family members as a Christmas gift. Great tool.

The fact that it had other features like a food processor and carving knife made me want to buy it. I know that the carving knife will be useful around the holidays. I have been using the mini chopper for a while now. I have been satisfied with all three of the recipes I tried. I like the mini chopper for meal preps and my favorite salsa. If you stick to the recommended size, it’s not a problem. It’s easy to clean. The electric knife is very sharp. Handles are great and easy to use. It hasn’t found anything that has problems with. I like to use the blender for drinks. I wasn’t sure how well it could do. It held its own. It’s nice that all three clean up easily and don’t take up a lot of space.
