It blends, but only with fiber rich ingredients. The leafy greens and fruits cannot be cut with the knife. If I use those ingredients in the smoothie, I have to remove the fiber from the knife. The bottle is too long that some ingredients will stick at the buttom of the bottle and not fall to the blade end. It’s not easy to clean a bottle for careless people. The lip is hard to clean. I still like to bring the smoothie with me, but I use it less and less often.

I have made at least a dozen smoothies with this machine. I can’t remove the part with the blade. The appliance had to be turned over in order to remove the smoothie container. I put the smoothie on my hand and on the counter top. The part is stuck. Is this the case for anyone else?

I bought a smoothie maker about four months ago, but one of the containers broke and spilled my smoothie all over. I looked at the other container and it looked like it had a weakness. It is difficult to get the knobs that turn the blade lined up. The blender is not built to last a long time.
